What information do we collect?

We process information that you provide directly to us, as well as some information we receive from third parties (e.g. booking providers). Typically, we collect:

• Name, address, email and telephone number
• Credit card information (processed by our payment provider)
• Information about stay and event
• Preferences, consumption and special requests

You will always be informed when we collect your information.

Purpose of the processing

1. Booking of stay:
   We use your information to complete and confirm your booking.
2. Hotel stay:
   We use the information to deliver the services and benefits you have ordered, and to give you the best possible experience during your stay.
3. Customer satisfaction surveys:
   After your stay, we may send a short survey via email to improve our services.
4. Marketing and newsletters:
   With your prior consent, we send offers, information about events and discounts. You can always unsubscribe via the unsubscribe link in newsletters or contact the hotel directly.
5. Cookies and website behaviour:
   We use cookies to analyze and improve the website and target advertising, e.g. on Facebook, based on visits to our site.
6. Surveillance:
   Video surveillance is used for crime prevention and safety of guests and staff. Recordings are deleted no later than 30 days, unless they are necessary for the investigation of incidents or legal requirements.
7. Customer service and communication:
   Information you provide in inquiries to us is used to process your request. We encourage you to only send sensitive information via encrypted communication.

Disclosure of information

We never share your information with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. Information may be disclosed if necessary to fulfill agreements, to authorities in accordance with legislation or to suppliers who act on our behalf (e.g. sending newsletters).

Your rights

You always have the right to:

• To gain insight into what information we have about you
• To object to processing, profiling, deletion or restriction of information
• To receive your information in a machine-readable format and transfer it to other data controllers
• To withdraw consent for e.g. newsletters

Deletion and storage

• Personal data will be deleted no later than 40 months after last activation
• Video surveillance will be deleted no later than 30 days, unless legislation or clarification of events requires longer storage
