In the season 15. April – 18. October 2026 is the restaurant open all days from kl. 18.00.
Table reservation is recommended.

The food at Hotel Balka Strand is based on classic and international cuisine, where quality and creativity, focusing on the taste and appearance of the ingredients, are paramount.
The food is made from scratch, varied, and surprising, with the goal of using local and Danish ingredients according to the seasons.

Fixed on the menu

  • Tuesday:
    Fried pork belly
    with potatoes and parsley sauce and glazed ham
  • Thursday:
    Roast pork with red cabbage, potatoes and gravy
  • Saturday:
    Beef roast with pommes rissolles and béarnaise sauce
